You are where I was a year ago. I have managed to lose 100+ pounds. So I am sure you can do it too! Would you like me to give you some tips on weight loss or are you pretty much set? :) As for my personal goals, I want to lose 3 more kilos and then maintain :) Good luck!

I may have an answer. This is called "food and water weight". You have probably consumed more carbs (and sodium) than your body is accustomed to - especially if you were on a diet before the holidays- so those extra carbs are making your body retain a lot of water. This is the reason why we lose so much "water weight"…

Hiya. Well done for starting this journey! I AM 5ft10,begun at almost 300...now I am 168. Noticed changes after 40 pounds, approximately. Good luck to you. This road is easier than it seems. Just stick with it, even if you get a slip up now and then xxx
