Getting Started on weight loss

Ok, I've been fighting an illness for the last two weeks. I'm hoping it's finally at the tail end and I can resume work on Monday.
My goal for the tail end of December was to maintain the weight I was. That being said, I've done fairly well. Excluding today's waffle binge.
Here we go...tomorrow starts a new year (as if I had to announce that)
I have close to 50lbs to shed from this 5ft frame. I find that perfect! One pound a week for the next 52 weeks!
That's pretty doable, in my mind.
So, here's to a new year filled with new adventure.
What are your goals for the up coming year?

    You are where I was a year ago. I have managed to lose 100+ pounds. So I am sure you can do it too!

    Would you like me to give you some tips on weight loss or are you pretty much set? :)

    As for my personal goals, I want to lose 3 more kilos and then maintain :)

    I am with you...I have about 70+ pounds that I want to lose. Looking forward to starting the new year with this new adventure myself.
