On a very basic level all calories are equal. My calorie Goal to lose weight at a good rate(around 1-2lbs per week) is 2000 calories per day. If 100% means you truly mean it and are fully commited then any Percentage Number is fine. I exegerated because i wanted to make a Point. At least i thought so many times "This time i mean it" but in hindsight as Serious as i thought i was at that point i really wasnt.. something held me back unconsciously.

I can try.. well at least from my perspective in Germany where i am from. If you want to cook a balanced meal with Veggies and Some Meat or Fish you can easily spend 3-4 € per Meal especially when you are Single and cant really buy in bulk. Overall just for losing weight it does not matter as long as your body can properly digest what you eat (meaning you have no Intolerance against something) Basically you could eat Pizza and Burger and still lose weight as long as you are in a caloric deficit. np, i wrote you a mail already Well the thing is.. propably it is you but in a totally different way you are propably used to. Such little and almost "silly" things can trigger a rage attack.. and other times it is not you but something completly different..many times something completly random.

You know what.. it really speaks for you. You also have to understand bipolar people often times cant exactly say what they feel and sometimes even know in the moment.
