    Hi, I'm Tutu and I'm trying to lose weight yet again. I hope this site assists me. I've had success in the past by cutting out sugar and starch from my diet and walking around my neighbourhood but that was also when my schizzophrenia had just begun so it was easy coz I had lost my appetite from it. But when I was diagnosed in 2010 and began taking meds I gained it all back plus about 30kgs more to date. The meds were increasing my appetite. But thanks to God who addresses the damage in the soul, I was able to get back to a normal appetite and haven't been gaining much although at times I still overeat (gluttony). So hey the appetite thing is still a work in progress that seems to be gradually healing with my colabor in faith with the Spirit of God anytime I struggle in my mind with the moral-code regarding weight and appetite.

    So anyway, I hope to make new friends in this weight loss journey for much needed gung-ho.
