Hi all, I’m Charlie, 37 years old and looking for some uk friends. Currently 7 months post baby #2 and getting back to a healthy weight by low carb and IF - I’m 12kg down since August so getting there gradually but still have plenty to lose. Please feel free to add me 😊

I had a missed miscarriage, on my first pregnancy, and obesity is a risk factor, terrified I'll never have kids. Pretty decent kick up the backside.

5'5. 31 years old. CW 212 GW 150 Will reassess when there. Plan to have some muscle so really aiming for uk size 12 clothing and to look fit.

I stop after I've finished my last meal. Helps to stop me snacking before bed, but then I'm rarely up past midnight! If had eaten before bed but after midnight would count it as the same day

Still going on day 9. Much easier sticking to my daily calorie limit, sleeping better and actually not really missing it. Working this weekend and have to do on call so can't drink anyway in case I have to drive. Not weighing myself until the end of the month (although desperate to see if the scale is moving!)

Definitely, mature strong cheddar for me, if using cheese has to actually taste cheesy

Doing fine so far. Despite the husband drinking wine - my problem not his! Have a 1.5L bottle that I fill with a bit of squash/cordial and the rest water and just refill it. Use different flavours each time so don't get bored.

I have an aria. I have had no problems with it, easy to set up, talks to mfp and trend weight. I have a Fitbit one as well which was part of the buying decision as one less app to link in!

Joined mfp a couple of weeks ago, all fresh and keen for the new year and want to stay that way with having a great network of like minded people. 31 years old, from the UK, have 50lb to lose and also want to get fitter and stronger with it

Roast Duck for Sunday dinner, OH bought it as as a treat as rarely have it, so yummy.

Was stopped at a service station in the summer in the middle of a Lincs to Wales trek, and grabbed a BK as is the usual road trip treat. Then this woman on the next table commented about "how all people in the UK seem to be very fat" rude, obviously left a mark as still think about it. Plus nothing like your own mother…
