Yes, I pretty much always get my 10,000 steps in. I have had my fit but for 4 weeks, I have only had 3 days that I haven't done over 10,000 and 2 of those were Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. I go out for a walk to hit my step goals. Aiming for 100,000 this week and we'll on track for it.

I work nights also, and am on nights tonight. I have prepared all my food for overnight so I don't get hungry when I get home. I treat it as any other shift really, although I wouldn't have anything heavy on a night shift.

Planning is they key for me. I work shifts so have to plan properly or I end up having nothing at work and hitting the tuck shop. I don't eat mine, but as I am only walking for exercise at the moment I am not burning a massive amount. When I increase to running and burn a lot more calories I will eat some but not all of them. It will depend on how hungry I feel.

Well done. I lost too. I didn't really over indulge, just a few bits one evening. I certainly feel better for not spending days feeling bloated. I have the charge hr and I love it. I don't know how accurate the steps are but that doesn't really matter, it is getting me moving more. I go for a walk at least once a day in order to get to 10,000 steps and even if the step counter is out by a little bit I am still moving.

I don't worry too much about the other numbers at the moment as I have quite a lot to lose, but as the weight comes off and I get nearer to my goal weight I will try to use the other numbers more.

I think I have figured it out, if you go to the 'more' bit at the bottom right of the page where it goes to community, blog etc. At the bottom it says sync. It then shows the steps on your exercise page. It doesn't give me any extra calories but I figure that is because I only started this evening so haven't done many…

I'm having the same problem. Just set up my new fit bit and it isn't allowing me to do it. It says connect which I do, then nothing happens. It isn't showing my steps for the day. Tried google but nothing I can understand.
