It has been a long journey to get the first 40lbs off. I started out at 405lbs @ 6'3" and after a few years of on and off diets, I finally committed myself enough to stick with a plan, and guess what it's working. I'm about the take this to the next level. I have had success and failures and will soon start Sharing with those who are interested.

Thank you amethyst1973. The big change for me came when I found out my wife was pregnant with out first child a few months ago. I knew i wanted to set healthy habits for my child when he/she is born, and I can only lead my example, plus I definitely do not want to gain the sympathy weight that so many of my friends and family have had when there wife's were pregnant....haha0
