Drink lots of water, try using stevia instead of table sugar. Slowly eliminate it and soon you'll be off it

I lost 30 pounds in 3 months. I recommend you have a strong diet, a good exercise program, and do plenty of steady state cardio.

I plan to set a calorie goal and stick to it. I meal prep in advance and therefore just want to have a set goal to meet every day.
