add me. I recently did 20:4 fast for 5 days.

I did the 20:4 (warrior) fast 5 days last week. Ate 1 meal a day around 4:00. Definitely consumer fewer calories. Lost a few lbs. Felt good. Definitely will be doing additional fasting and tracking with the ZERO app. I also logged 10k steps every day. Will increase my walking pace a little.

ZERO no ZOOM for the fasting app.

It is really just a 20:4 fast.. I'm using an app called ZOOM to track my fasting. ZOOM is basically just a fancy timer..... LOL..... not sure how long I will use it. I started this fasting thing 4 days ago.... Fasting is a way to reduce calories, but is also a mental challenge. My goal is to lose weight.

I started doing 20:4 .... Going good I eat between 3 and 7 pm. I also do 10k steps a day.

Morning stretching and walk to get the metabolism going. Plan to track weight and waist starting today.

Added some intermittent fasting to my routine. I’m thinking about ordering snow shoes. Cold and snow is getting old.

Do a 16 hour fast 1 or twice a week. Do a high intensity workout once or twice a week. You can still party and lose weight.

I’m on my third week. I eat supper by 6:00 and then don’t eat anything until lunch the next day

Thanks for all the comments. Someone asked why? Quite simply I want to lose some weight. I think it will be interesting to push some limits to see what it happens. My goal is to lose 2 lbs per week.
