Everyone looks so incredible! I'm blown away! One of my girlfriends put this side by side and sent it to me the other day to show me the progress. I honestly didn't even realize you could tell. I'm down 20 lbs so far and have a good 80 to go yet-but this was motivating for sure!

^^ this. I don't so much call it a cheat day, because I still track, I just eat at maintenance for a day. If I know I'm going out, or its a Saturday and I'm just sitting around the house wanting to eat! It gives me the extra calories that I'm craving without feeling like I've erased my weeks work.

Don't deprive yourself of the yummy food! Just eat less. I find if I eat like a rabbit for a week, then I absolutely feel like bingeing by the end! Track your calories to stay within your limits, but allow yourself smaller portions of the calorie dense foods you enjoy. Plan accordingly. I have a hard time with the food…

I save enough calories at night for a couple squares of 85% dark chocolate. I look forward to it every day. It helps keep the cravings at bay & I love love love it.
