Wellbutrin has just made it easier to control my appetite. I was daily binger, usually between 6-8pm after work and before bed. Wellbutrin has eliminated that urge to binge and given me more willpower to not over eat.

TEACH ME YOUR WAYS ! You look amazing!!!

This worked for me very well at the start of my weightloss journey. I ate lots of ground turkey, chicken, egg WHITES, Greek yogurt, and I tried to eat fish (even though I really don't like it).

I would say try supports and take fatty acid supplements like krill/fish oils and CLAs because I know they promote heart health but my nutritionist told me they help with "lubricanting" joints too. But always do your research before taking any new supplements!

For some reason a big dose of cooked egg whites in the morning always worked for me.

What about lowering tax for produce and other healthy foods

Baby bell cheese and mozerella cheese sticks too

Protein shakes, pure protein bars ( there very low sugar and made with whey protein), egg whites, greek yogurt, chicken breast (frozen tysons ones are the ones I buy), shrimp and fish, ground turkey is excellent too.I wouldn't do the salami or deli meat because of the fat content and the fact that it is extremely processed.

When I train in the spring for my obstacle races in the summer, I would need 2500-2750 just to MAINTAIN. Which is very hard when trying to bulk and retain muscle. I'm 5'9 and around 150 lbs and on a normal day like today (10k steps) I would need 2250 to maintain.

I would love to have bigger calves. No matter how hard I try they don't get bigger !!!

Youre burning too many calories. Less cardio, and less movement all together. Or bump your calories up
-
I would go to your HR.

I never log water or coffee because neither have calories
-
I always had to play around with it. At first it would say 1500 cal, but I didn't lose any weight. So I recalculated and it brought me to 1200 cal which did work! But I felt I was starvingggg and I would end up binge eating. But for now I keep it at the 1200 and also eat back my excersise calories which seems to be working…

I hate the scale. That's why I focus on body fat measurements and the size of my clothes
-
You can't spot reduce! But I have noticed that when I run for about 20 mins every day or so I don't bloat and have a flattER tummy
-
Cleaning your plate! I remember being little and getting full before my plate was finished, but we would get in trouble if we didn't finish our plate.. now it's hard for me to figure out if I'm full or not. Also, mom would give us a snack/treat before bed.. that was a hard habit to break. But we never had soda in the house…

Humans were meant to eat meat. But not milk, you're right about that. It's a biological mutation to be able to digest milk. We are actually all supposed to be lactose intolerant.

Same for me

People that hog the squat rack ! And when people hold on the the consol on the treadmill while doing incline.
-
I have found mine to be pretty helpful. Steps are accurate and HR monitor seems to be accurate most of the time. I don't know if MFP calorie adjustment is accurate, however.
