Really needing some tips to stay motivated
I recently completed p90x3 and lost 16 pounds and 5% body fat. But now I'm starting to fall back into old habits with poor eating and binging. I wake up telling myself I'm going to eat good. So I am currently on my 8th week into my fitness/fat loss journey. I lost 10 pounds my first 4 weeks, but this last 4 weeks I have been skipping workouts (I'm doing p90x3) and not dieting everyday. High Protein Dieters!
Are any of you having trouble reaching calorie goals? I eat only clean foods and half my diet is protein and by the end of the day I'm only around 800-900 calories and have to force myself to eat when I'm not hungry. Any solutions to this?
