I just started the 30 day shred today and I was wondering if anyone on here has completed it and what their results looked like? I love hearing about other people's success, it's what keeps me motivated.

I just finished day 27 this morning n I am planning to redo it again in five days. I have loss 14lbs n a lot of inches but I was also doing other workouts. It's a great program.3

You will only see results if you have nailed your nutrition.
And you may only see a little bit, after all, a month isn't very long.1 -
I'm on day seven on Level One and have lost about 1lb so far, although I have been cheating on the eating!
I feel stronger already, even if I'm not seeing much of a difference yet. Took a photo on day one, so will post comparison with end result in a few weeks

30 day shred is my to go workout program. In the past I did it without proper nutrition and it has tone me up! IT really works! This time around Im doing with while also being on a KETO approach diet. I will post my results in 30 days!!1

I did it for the month of May, I'd post pictures but that always seems too complicated haha I didn't lose any weight as I wasn't really watching the types of food I ate but I definitely toned up a lot, I shrunk and I also gained a lot of muscle. Started it over again on Monday.1

I did it last month as well. I took before pictures but didn't bother taking after pictures. I'm a lot stronger I must say. I just checked and I lost 2lbs. I'm doing her kickboxing fastfix this month and possibly ripped in 30 in July. I definitely think her programs get results WITH good eating habits. Good luck to you.0

Is this workout done daily or every other day? I've done it before but couldn't figure out frequency, so maybe that's why my results weren't so great.0

It's meant to be done daily, but I sneak in one rest day per level - it'll go on a bit longer than 30 days, but I know I'll jump ship if I don't have a break every now and then!
Currently on Day 9 of Level 1 and 3lbs down even though diet hasn't been the best - happy so far0 -

I'm on day 9 of level 1 and I am FREAKING AMAZED at the results! Day 2 pics are on the left of each and day 9 (today) are on the right of each image. Definitely motivation for me to keep going! My diet during this has been: breakfast: 1 cup plain cheerios with fruit; lunch: protein shake; snack: 8 ounces yogurt with 3 teaspoons granola and fruit on top; supper: steamed vegetables or a lean protein (chicken breast, fish or eggs) with steamed veggies or a salad. Also at least a gallon of water a day...
