I'm at 139 and 32% body fat. I'm very small in the middle w bat wings and large thighs. I want to be 130, but my main goal For now is 36 inch hips! Not really using the scale a whole lot while doing weights.

The bod pod assessment will tell you exactly how much fat vs muscle you have. My last one showed I lost10 pounds of fat and gained one of muscle. Google where to get it done. It's very quick & painless.

I actually just got a pair of ASICS gel fit Sana today!! Website has em on clearance cheap! I liked the earlier version better but these are nice. I wear for casual exercise and weights. Running I wear brooks.

If I ate a lot at thanksgiving then I wouldn't have cravings. Maybe it's the fat you crave? You didn't say what you craved and people assumed sugar. If I have sugar then I want more,more,more. Real food, no. I do eat peanut butter and healthy fats so I don't crave fat.

I love swimming in the indoor pool! It's the only form of aerobic activity that gets my heart rate up but I stay cool 😊😊😊. Very good on the joints too. I have a rower and enjoy that also.

I researched them since mine was only ounces. The Ozeri was $10 and top rated. It will be a lot easier than converting the ounces every time.

My weight loss has slowed too the closer I am to goal. I also exercise. Just be patient and keep it up! I think of how much I would weight if I wasn't tracking !!!

Thanks for the reply. I've had a bod pod assessment and am eating according to the results. Lost 12 pounds since April. The bod pod is extremely accurate, the egg shaped thing one sits in.

All the above are great ideas. I take max magnesium. My personal craving relief is my end goal. My family is all on insulin and I'm terrified of needles. If I don't get my weight down thats what I'm facing. 😩😩😩😩
