Have what may be a dumb question... I’m losing weight slowly. I read abs will show due to low body fat. Until I get there, is it better to do, say 125 leg raises using the chair or do 50 and another exercise for a different body part? Is doing a lot of the raises helping the abs underneath the fat? Thanks.
Had another bod pod. lost 10 pounds since the first one. I gained 1 pound of muscle and lost 5% fat. My RMR only went down 10. :) . suggestions on gaining more muscle???

I just read a comment from a member telling a beginner not to use machines. I use them for the majority of my beginner workouts. I do use the biceps and triceps with a cable. Is this wrong? I'm seeing results. ??

Not sure how. I thought it was piriformis but PT doctor said no. So I'm doing the rowing machine gonna try not to walk a lot of miles. Anyone else have this problem? It throbs and wakes me up at night! Not sure how it happened.
Anyone have this problem? I've read it's common for runners? Mine hurts walking or doing incline walking. It's a deep pain in the buttock area. Yikes it hurts. What do you do for it???
