Eat 5 small meals a day. You can eat the things you like just make the portions smaller. 3 small meals, 2 snacks, lots of water and multi vitamins. Stay active. Walking and exercising. Start small and work your way up. Maybe ask your doctor to speak to a nutritionist who can aide you in shopping for foods. Help you with a…

Hey! I'm deej! Currently in medical school! Trying to develop a healthier lifestyle for me and my kids. Also stop snacking so much. I'm 21. Two kids. I started at 144lbs, got down to 126lbs. Have been that for 5 months. Not up or down. I started at 112lbs when I got pregnant. I just want to be at 115lbs, but my goal is it…

I track everything. It's probably because of all these apps, but I pay attentions. Calories, sodium, sugars, weight, exercises. I keep track of it all.

I'm Friday people, even though I'm not on the list. My weight is 122.6lbs. I was 127lbs.

Honestly, I don't count it. I don't really get the point. It's telling me I've burned all these calories, but I just go off of what actually exercise I've done that day. Now if I really was walking for exercise like around the retract I would definitely do that. But not walking to my car to get something and walking back…

Here's mine https://www.fitbit.com/user/459ZC9 . I'm not losing as much, but I am here for motivation and vice Versa. I'm in medical school.

I had a small amount of Chinese yesterday and felt pretty down. However I had a lot of calories still remaining, plus I did an intense workout afterwards. You are going to fail your way into success. That's the best advice anybody gave me and the best advice for you. It's a journey. Don't beat yourself up. Write everything…

I just started. So far so good. I love the daily workouts. Love how motivating they are and the fact that during a workout they let you pinch in how many sets of a workout you did to compare to the next time you do it is awesome. Shows progress. Haven't heard anything bad about cancelling, but for the $12.95 a month, I…

When I'm by myself, sometimes yes. It's hard to motivate yourself and push yourself. Other times I just get in the zone and want to be by myself. Maybe try going with a gym buddy. Or find a work out class. I think that's so much fun. A all womens fitness class or dance class. Maybe take up swimming.

My goals are to eat better. Change my lifestyle. Not just lose weight or "diet" that's not what I want. I want to cook meals for my boys. I have a 2 year old and a 6 month old. They're going to eat the food I give them. Just because I'm working and in school doesn't mean I have to feed my kids fast food. I don't want to be…

The working out part, I don't like. It's not motivational to me. I don't want to be yelled at and screamed at and called names and talked to like crap for entertainment. I find their stories inspirational. That's why I watch it. I can care less about the working out part. I grow to love the contestants as individual human…

Hey! I'm Keaira. I'm 21. I just had my son 6 months ago. When I gave birth to him I weighed 144lbs. I thought the weight would fall off, but nope. I've been stagnant for the last five months. Neither up or down. I might be on the smaller side, but I am very unhealthy and unfit. I'm doing this life changing thing not only…

Nursing student. I want to live and healthier lifestyle. Being a single mom to two boys I want to set an example for them. They pick up on my bad habits. They're so young, I have time to change for me and them, but I have to start now.

Also, I agree with that everyone is saying above. You will not lose that much weight in just 5 months. You could loose a fraction of it with hard work, dedication, and self accountability. Set mini goals for each month. Look at the weight scale once a week of beginning of the month and the end of the month. Start small by…

Hey! Same boat. Had my son 6 months ago and I still have 10lbs to go before I'm back to pre-pregnancy weight. I'm determined to knock it off, but I need motivation and support! I'm always starting and stopping. Mostly because Of food. I'm a junk food eater. I don't mind exercising, but when I have to stop junk food it's…
