I'm around 180lbs, I eat anywhere from 1200-1500 calories a day. I am about 5'9"

If you are looking to build muscle, you should have carbs or light protein before a workout. It will give you an energy boost and build/repair muscle quicker.

Stick with fruits, all natural sugars are better than processed. Still in moderation.

Your body is getting used to exercising and eating what you are eating. I say push yourself a little harder everyday and try new foods and new ways to workout.

We should have like little weekly challenges to keep eachother motivated. Such as run 10 minutes 3 days a week or more depending on what our level on exercises are different. I'm pretty active and can run longer just an idea.
