  • Way to go! I've dealt with this as well and once I figured out upping my protein, cleaning my carbs and lifting weight my thyroid jumped into gear and have lost 30some pounds and have had two babies :)
  • Phenomenal. I had a baby on 6/6/16 and I am 20lbs lighter than when I got pregnant! My heaviest pre-birth was 189. I'm at 139 and still losing. You're awesome.
  • I also finished my first round of insanity. I was doing weightlifting with it and would highly recommend heavy lifting if you are looking for muscle definition. Check out "thinner, leaner, stronger" book. It was really helpful for me :)
