Complete 3 runs for C25K every week, two strength sessions (body pump) and one flexibility if I can manage it! Try to log all food and see if the scale goes below 135lbs.

Hi, I am the other side of my baby weight journey now but wanted to say well done for having it together enough to focus on this with such a young baby!! I didn't do anything special just counted calories and did 3 sessions of formal exercise per week with walks.

I do not own a pair of shorts! I want to work out in short shorts and be confident. I am also trying to ignore the number on the scale (up 4lbs) and focus on muscle and measurements.

I bought a dress one size smaller and dropped 10 lbs. I bought about 8 months before wedding. I did find it useful motivation to diet!

I have 20lbs of baby weight left to lose. I had my little girl in November. I am still ebf so have to account for that with calories. I am just ready to be back to normal already!!!!

I have an 8 week old and have to lose 33lbs to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight. I was fat shamed by my GP and it has given me extra motivation .
