OK it's been a while but I am still here. Personal sickness, plus doing stuff around the farm, plus a husband who found out he has to have major surgery and is limited on what he can do before the surgery has put mfp on the back burner. The good news is I am at the place (weight) I was before life got in the way. This is…

Down 28 lbs and I couldn't go any farther without getting new clothes. I've been holding off knowing that I had more to lose but all of my work clothes were becoming too big to look professional. Now I am not the girl that likes to shop, I really don't like clothes shopping and I prefer to save money as opposed to spending…

Down to 143.8. Loss of 1.6 lbs. Rocking it baby! Had a huge dinner tonight plus ice cream for dessert, it all taste good but I way over indulged and now I feel like I'm gonna pop. :s

Very busy indeed, however, come summer it should lighten up a little. Plus I can use summer chores outside as my exercise. As busy as it is right now I wouldn't change it. I like working, I like doing the animal chores, and I like being able to show my little girl what it is like to be a strong hard working woman. So many…

Great job on the run! 1st in 20 yrs? You must be so proud of yourself. Considering that info I don't think 9:45 pace is bad at all. I wouldn't be able that.

It is funny, people recognize the loss but if you tell them the truth, they say oh, you've been straving yourself. So I just choose to tell them I've been watching what I eat. Really it's more like I've been watching what time I eat.

I do enjoy it, however, it is hard making it work into the schedule. I am finding it hard to manage 50+ hrs a week working plus wanting to spend time with the family plus now taking care of the added responsibility's on the homestead with the baby animals. I know I need to make time for myself (the gym falls into this…

Got off my butt and made it to the gym today! Taco salad for dinner tonight.

Good job on your last two weeks! I agree with the first week being rough but after that it is cake. I think waiting until the 20th for your cheat day is a good idea, get into a nice deficit. The good news is you can have sushi whenever you want; just add it to your meal. No need to keep it from yourself. Have a great night…

First don't worry about the bad eating days, they happen sometimes. Just get back on plan for your next meal and call it a lesson learned (I have had them still do , I just get back on track the next day) It is easier to do omad 7 days a week, especially being newer to the WOE. Stick with the fasting keep up the deficit…

It all depends on what is a deficit for your body. My stats are set up to be a deficit of 200-300 a day which has me eating around 1200-1300. ( that is for my 5'2" 145 lbs frame with light activity)Truthfully I eat what I want so if I am super hungry that day (or if I am eating a higher Cal meal). Then I go above, if I'm…

Stayed the same on the scale so pretty pleased with that. I do realize that being with in 10 lbs of my goal things may slow down a bit. Plus I've been eating closer to maintenance the last couple of days. Monthly update. Finished the month at 145.4 which is a loss of 7.4 lbs for the month ( goal was to lose 5lbs)and down…

Great job! Keep it up. (And good job getting hubby on board too)

How is your first week coming along?

Thank you newmeadow. I was just sitting back and thinking about my day and it just hit me. Today I made mashed cauliflower for the first time. It turned out decent. I did add too much roasted garlic for my taste but of coarse my husband said he couldn't taste the garlic at all. Also had salad and burger with provolone…

When you are ready we are here. We are a small group but very supportive. Feel free to ask any questions and we will try to answer them. I know it sounds kinda scary but it really is not all that bad.

Cheddar bacon ranch chicken with a salad tonight for dinner. I did have some dessert as well, chocolate peanut butter brownie with whip cream. I snacked during the day so not so great in the omad Dept, however, I really can't remember the last time I ate out of my window so I guess we'll call it a cheat day and be done…

Got through the weekend and while I've been posting on the other thread I completely forgot to post my results. 145.4! Down 1.5lbs

I love hearing about your jogs. I think this year my runs will be breast cancer 5k, autism 5k, and one for the animal shelter. There's also one in Dec called the Santa run for the local food bank that my daughter did last year, it's only .5 mile and made for the kids. She loved it.

I was good only had 1 nutella cup and 1peanut butter cup. All the rest went to family as their Easter gifts. I need to start taking pics I'm bad at that.

Hey bobo, glad to have u here. I must say that eating omad has helped me with all of the things in your previous post. Good job on the last 3days and I wish u the best of luck moving forward.

My heart soared seeing you post again. As you have told me in the past, "we will walk into the next week with our head held high". Glad to have you back, and of course looking forward to those wonderful pictures with that tasty looking food.

I live in Michigan, north of lansing. Property is 15 acres with another 10 acres about 10miles away. My biggest set back is the deer, I have tried every trick (with the exception of heavy chemicals due to our animals ) and nothing works.
-
Busy weekend ahead with the holiday, work and homestead. Hope everyone has a great weekend.
-
Still have about month and a half before our garden can be planted. Yours sounds great! We have plans to replace some apple trees that the deer ruined last year. Just waiting for the weathers cooperation. Love living in the country, will never move back to city.
-
Still here, just not much to post. Been keeping busy getting the chickens started for spring, doing the home made Easter candy and of course trying not to eat it all.

Great job on the jogging!
