Am I the only one that hates cooking bacon? Tedious to cook especially if you're making a lot, then you eat the first batch while you're cooking the second .. Or that could be just me :)

Thanks :) 20g and under. Not very long. I've never experienced gout so I'm not positive. I hear it's awful. This pain isn't debilitating
-
I was under this impression too, even if you are dark purple it may indicate you're not using them as efficiently
-
Funny that you mentioned Uric acid. One of my toes has been painful and I was questioning gout which got me thinking any connection

Carb creep will do it. Also your calories are on the low side, IMO. I would eat more. My guess if you're going to weigh daily, look at the weekly average instead of daily fluctuations less stressful. Not sure I was helpful, lol

I was told that a diet of protein, fruits, veggies and nuts, was really unhealthy

If you're exercising in the evenings or night that will do it. If that's the only time you can you will adapt :)

Welcome :)

Thank you all for the warm welcome :)

@PaleoInScotland So good!! Lol

I don't eat any fruit. I've been increasing my carbs on days I run. I've been eyeing that fruit bowl every time I walk by it now

@motown13 I absolutely LOVE this post! No laughing matter, you're doing awesome!

As a medical professional, low potassium is pretty rare, so is high, based on diet. I wouldn't worry about it honestly. Those who take blood pressure medication or diuretics are the ones who need to becareful :)

Agree with resting before real damage is done. Trick with MRIs is to close your eyes prior to moving into it and obviously don't open them :) helps a ton. Also, Ativan if your into that sort of thing. It will calm your nerves. Total drug pusher here ,sorrynotsorry

@nvmomketo thank you :)

I don't see why it wouldn't be beneficial for anyone to lower their intake of carbs. However for me, I have no control, lol unfortunately I don't have any input on what type of results you'd see but best of luck to her

Yes, but cross forearms. If all else falls you can obviously reduce some weight by trying your knees. A lot of women in my class use that modification
-
@auntstephie321 that looks like that's in high plank position (the flyer)Have you tried in a hover position? Easier on shoulders
-
Anxiety.. Bingo. Good luck. Surgery is relatively simple. Less than an inch incision.

Second New rules of lifting for women, great read!
-
Agreed! Completely different running on dreadmill than outside. If you want to continue running outside I'd suggest conditioning for outside by starting over with your C25k. Good luck!

A lot of time palpitations can be from something as simple as dehydration. He's recommending it removed prior to an ultrasound?

I would say, diet is key. Can't out exercise a bad diet. Get rid of crap in your house and plan ahead. You seem to be doing a good job with exercise, keep it up :)
