Count me in!

Nope, I gave in to the hype from an old high school friend of mine who is a "coach" and bought the Shakeology this month and get extremely sick every time I drink it. I don't see the point in getting rid of the much cheaper options available to me that don't make me sick for something that made me so sick I couldn't even…

I calculate how many calories I have burned by the numbers on my HRM. I workout multiple times a day or once a day for a few hours. I have been doing martial arts and MMA workouts that are offered at a local gym. I am 5'3 and currently 281 pounds.
-
No, I haven't injured myself or been overly tired. I've actually been feeling better since I started exercising that amount consistently.
-
I am 289, working on getting down to the average weight for my height (5'3). That's around 150 pounds to lose.
-
Definitely! :)

This is new this week. My trainer has been having me try out a bunch of things this week to find which program I like best. Normally I do about 400-600 per day.

I also had a very late dinner tonight. I literally just got home from eating dinner like 30 minutes ago, so that may be why I'm not feeling hungry right now.
-
I use a food scale for all of the foods except for those I eat at restaurants.
-
I'm not hungry anymore at all. It was just confusing to me that's all and I didn't want to be unknowingly sabotaging my efforts in any way either. I got the 925 number because I use the numbers that my HRM gives me, which are more accurate than my Fitbit.

1568 is the amount of food I consumed today.

I did a hip hop dance class this morning, a tabata workout in the afternoon and kickboxing in the evening

I have quite a bit of weight to lose before my boyfriend and I begin trying again. I recently had an ectopic and had one fallopian tube removed and before that I had 6 miscarriages. Not sure if it was due to my weight or other health issues. At one point they thought I had PCOS but then I was told I did not. Would just…

Thank you!

It may take a little bit for you to start seeing the results you want to see but as long as you stick with it, the pounds will start coming off. I still get discouraged sometimes when I see the number go up, but I have to remind myself that maybe I am just gaining muscle and also weight does fluctuate from day to day. Just…

I currently have about 150 pounds to lose to get to my goal weight. Down 16 pounds since November though! Anyone can add me.
-
I've lost 16 pounds since November by tracking all of my calories (in & out), eliminating the unnecessary liquid calories (soda, etc) from my diet, going to the gym 3-5 times a week (1 hour on treadmill doing intervals), weight training 2-3 days a week, and on the days when I go to the gym I usually do a YouTube video…

I completely agree with workout_ninja! He should be supportive of what you decide to do with your own body. If you feel that you want to make a change, then you should go for it. As far as staying motivated, think about how you would feel if you DIDN'T make the change and then think about how you will feel when you DO.

I have tried a bunch of different types. The two I like the most (currently anyways) are the Body Fortress strawberry and Empowered Nutrition berry flavor (although the Empowered Nutrition does NOT taste good if you plan on using water). I have tried Herbalife but it just didn't work for me, financially or taste-wise. I…

I will keep that in mind, thank you :)

I zig-zag my calorie goal so it changes each day to make sure that my body doesn't get used to the restricted amount.
-
@kmash32 I don't measure or weigh my food, I could but I just don't. I usually don't eat back my exercise calories but there are times when I have. I don't really go by the calorie amounts listed on here, I input the calories I get on the machines at the gym or what I get from my activity tracker because I found those are…

What I do is I drink a bunch of water because most of the time that makes that "hungry" or "I want that" feeling go away. Also, because I have a food addiction I have little reminders for myself placed in the kitchen and anywhere else I may have food so that I am able to remember WHY I wanted to eat healthier in the first…
