I wouldn't eat fast food if you paid me. Not after seeing how McDonald's meals don't age. Mold. Breakdown after 7 yrs! Avoid it like the plague. Or at least get a salad. With grilled chicken. Apple slices. Ditch the fatty dressings and squeeze lemons on your salad. Delicious! Use that crock pot like it's your best friend.…

I allow a little tiny bit here and there but I can become a raging monster and eat sugar until I make myself sick. I could eat sugar filled foods all day!! Even fake sugar substitutes are a no no because for…

Right there with you honey. That's why I am in therapy. I am scared of food. I will not go to social gatherings because if there is food it's just to much for me to deal with. I get anxiety over it. I cancel on social gatherings and say I am sick so I don't have to go and not eat what they have. I count every calorie. Log…

I bought Scooby snack graham crackers for the kids to dip it in. You can use fruit or graham crackers or vanilla wafers. You can even put it on top of protein pancakes. It's addictive!!!

I eat it raw because there are no eggs or dairy. It's amazing raw. I have never baked cookies out of them. Even the kids and hubby love it. I took it to a party this past weekend and everyone loved it. It was gone in no time.

I kicked the creamer habit in my coffee. I was drinking 150 calories a DAY in coffee creamer. And I am lactose intolerant so half and half is out. I was using a non dairy sugar free vanilla creamer. BUT I found a almond coffee creamer that is all natural. No dairy. No GMO no sugar. No additives. It's more $$$ but it's got…

I was told by several of my friends who are competitive builders and personal trainers that if I am trying to drop weight , which I am, to not eat more than half of them back 3-4 days a week. They said unless you are wearing a heart rate monitor and KNOW what you are burning it's hard to gauge exactly what you should be…

You CAN DO IT. it's hard. I know. But everyday you need to look in the mirror and tell yourself it's WORTH IT. you are worth it. It's your health. The only body you have. Slow and steady wins the race. If you fall off the wagon brush yourself off and get back on.
