I weigh myself every week, usually on the same day. Last week I was a couple of days late and saw that I had lost 3lb in nine days.
I feel great and exercise enough that I can eat enough so I'm not hungry so if I feel good should I just not worry?
It just seems like a lot in such a short space and I don't really understand how it's happened. If I'm being silly and should just be pleased then feel free to say so.

I would KILL to lose 3 lbs in 9 days. Congrats. Enjoy the loss and don't worry. That's awesome.0

Thank you. There are just some terrible stories online. Glad I'm just being silly.0

Period, water retention (due to food or exercise), extra poop.
There's a lot of reasons why you can have a sudden drop in weight. Just keep doing what you're doing (make sure you are eating to your calorie goal) and as long as you don't keep having drastic drops (with no balancing out) you'll be fine.0 -
You're being silly. Your weight fluctuates every day due to water intake, salt intake, etc.0
