  • this is my plan to as im going on a girls trip to mexico in the end of jan and i have a 3 year old who i lost 50 lbs in 7 months last year by just eating better and excercising alot. i ended up having another baby who is now 3 months old and trying to get back down 40 lbs before my girls trip.

  • iknow everyone is different but the bmi chart said after 175 i believe i was classified as no longer overweight just on the larger size of my heights normal range. and then 139 was classified underweight so thats how i came upwith 150.
