I have never been much of a chocolate eater, so not sure if this will be helpful or not, but can you try to substitute your chocolate with fruit. you can eat a whole lot of watermelon for instance with a whole lot less calories than a milkyway. it is still sweet but not as calorie dense

just a personal thing, i have found it best to weigh every day, BUT it can be easy to become OBSESSIVE about the scales, so although I do weigh daily, I only log it about once a week. It keeps me from going nuts because OMG i gained a couple oz.

I really don't get HUNGRY very often, My problem seems to be when I am just relaxing watching TV and every commercial is about FOOD.. I start having stupid cravings for stuff I don't even really LIKE. that's when I know it is time to hid the DREAD-MILL or get up and DO SOMETHING.

So I guess the answer is that there is no real science behind it, It is just the way our individual bodies react to exercise, From the input I am getting it seems like it is may be more of a MENTAL reaction than a physical one.

After my own heart... my "farm" isn't nearly that big but still lots of calorie burn taking care of animals, property up-keep, fences, trees.. and on and on... i think most people don't quite get that. Give me a hard 4 to 6 hour day of WORK any day over 2 grueling hours at the gym aka torture chamber

a little off topic but did you ever notice how in a lot of these forums somebody makes one slip or says one thing wrong .. or not even wrong, just mis worded.. everybody goes for the jugular. then every comment that person makes after.. gets attacked. not his one it has been pretty tame but boy (some of the others)
