I started out using an elliptical and it was great. I noticed results in a week. I ride horses and is horse riders abuse our knees ( they normally hurt really bad after you get done riding) but when I was using the elliptical on a regular bases I no longer had knee problems. I think it is great however I do recommend…

I guess I should have explained better. I KNOW I can't run the whole thing. I just didn't know if I should just run what I can then walk the rest of the way, or run walk run... You get the picture

Yes I exercise 1 hour 6 days a week, I alternate between an elliptical, walking on a treadmill and on the road, and swimming.

I opened my diary, I think anyway:) I just finished that time of the month, And I have been working out quite a bit more. I have had a couple days that were over my calorie limit, but if counted about 50% of the calories from my workout I am within my limit.

I get headaches the week before my period, now that I've started eating more protein before my period I don't have that problem anymore.

Thanks it's just frustrating not to see any progress. It was easy to forget about the weight when I was losing inches, but now it's really hard to stay on track.

I worded that wrong I was losing inches, ( for example my thighs measured at 22"now they are back to 23") I not worried about not losing weight I'm worried about the inches so to speak

I am a little unfamiliar with some of the exercises you said. Is there a video or something that would be good to demonstrate them?

Well I would really like to get into running, my ultimate goal Is overall fitness. That being said I am a horse rider and I rid and show a ton. That requires lots of balance, leg strength, core strength, and lots of other little things. So anything that would help improve that would be great.

I am about 5'5 and a little bit stockier built. My calorie limit is set at 1550, my daily activity is light, and my Weekly Exercise is set at 5 times a week and 45 minutes a day. Feel free to add me as a friend

I live on a farm so I am lifting hay bales and moving fifty pound feed bags a lot as well and I bucket a lot of water. I do not lift weights though
