Not losing

I am 5'5 and weigh 142, I have lost about 10lbs. I have been sticking to a calorie deficit and exercising but I can't seem to lose any more weight and I'm still kinda chunky. Am I doing something wrong or how can I get back to losing.

Make sure your weighing food correct and track correctly. Your not in a deficit then. It's all a mathematical equation.
Your body eats X calories a day
Your body burns Y calories a day
X-Y = your daily calorie intake
Example - X=1500cals Y=1800cals
1500-1800 = -300
-300 times a 7 day week = 2100calories
Your burn 2100 weekly
4200 bi weekly so that would give you
3500= a pound 700= 1/5th pound
Every two weeks you lose 1 1/5lbs
Hope this helped you out!
