Lilylady, we're in a very similar position I think. Drinking usually involves 3 wines for me, so on "reduced" days I aim for just one. I'm AF again today. Running total: 8 days drinking 1 day reduced drinking 7 days AF Still aiming for 12-15 AF days, and like you, I'm on track 😊

I am choosing AF today. For various reasons I will choose to drink tomorrow and Thurs. I am remaining mindful, and my ultimate aim is to make wine something I choose to have, rather something I have to choose *not* to have. 4 days AF 1 day half normal 6 days normal. Revised aim at least 12 AF days

It's been a struggle, but I'm declaring AF for today 🙂 Running total 3 days AF 1 day half usual 6 days usual I'm not at work until Friday night so the 3 AF days would probably have been a bottle of wine a night if I'm being honest, so it's some progress!

Remaining mindful here. Finished a shift, home 5.30. Normal me would have opened a bottle at 5.30 and be halfway through it by now. Mindful me put dinner in the oven and went for a 2.5 mile run. Now drinking a pint of water. I will have a drink tonight, there's half a bottle on the side, but it's definitely *less alcohol*

I'm 5'7, in the UK. Starting MFP I was 153lb, and size 10 UK/ size 6 US was getting too tight. Didn't want to buy the size 12/8 clothes I really needed, so lost the weight. I'm now hovering around 130lb and in size 8 UK/ size 4 US. Jeans sometimes a size up depending on the fit.

I think you need to take back a bit of control. Why do you have to eat rotis? If you want to eat with family that's fine, but swap a roti for a small low fat wrap (those I use are 93 kcal).
