Absolutely! I had a TOM breakdown a couple of weeks ago. I put 5lbs on and was beside myself! Ready to throw it all in but the guys on here kept me going and sure enough about 4 days after my period the weight came off again and I'm back on track. Glad I didn't give in!

Hi! I'm new and have joined quite late in the month. I'm starting the Leslie Sansone DVDs tomorrow but intend doing a minimum of a three mile walk every day. More if the weather is good. Xx

Thanks for all your suggestions guys it's really helpful! I think when I lose some of the weight my knees will improve a lot but it was knowing what to do that will help me reach my goal without doing myself an injury in the meantime! A few of you have mentioned the elliptical so I'm going to get on google and do some…
