Fasting after 8pm
Hi all, I've seen on a few past posts that people have fasted from say 8pm - 12 noon. Can anyone give me any info on the benefits of this? Brain fart
Just how much I was eating before I started with MFP? My current calorie goal is 1500 and I don't feel deprived of anything! So how much was I eating when the weight piled on?! It doesn't seem to compute in my brain! Does anyone ever go through a phase of thinking the scales lie? How can I lose 7lbs and NOT feel deprived?!
