Progress photo question

Hi all,

Just wondering if I upload a photo of myself to the app will it be public or can I keep it private? I've lost my first 5lb and want to upload a progress pic but I'm not brave enough to go public with it. Any way it can be kept private?

    Once you add it you get the option to share it with your friends but you don't have to. I am doing chin shots as no one, not even me, would want to see me even half naked ha ha ha

    My question is where so I see the pictures that I took using the app when I am online. I cannot find them when I am online.
