This. I gave up coffee for lent. It was an addiction to me and I don't even crave it anymore.

I was able to try two free samples via a give-a-way from a friend (who is a coach). Both times it made me sick and I felt like I was going to have to camp by the toilet. :neutral: ^^That and the price ($135/bag) is absolutely ridiculous. Save your money!

12 Cups of water a day plus 3 cups of green tea a day, 8oz of almond milk in my protein shake every morning. No soda, nothing else.

It doesn't matter but I tend to time my meals or I find that I eat all day every day. I usually eat- 7am breakfast 10am snack Noon. Lunch 3pm snack 6pm dinner 8pm snack.

I'm 5'9". I workout 3x a week, Tuesdays (30mins)-Thursdays (1hour)-Saturdays (30mins)

The first thing I do is go to the bathroom and chug a warm glass of lemon water. I'll make my husbands lunch, send him on his way, then depending on the day I'll either have my coffee or I'll do my workouts. I only do my workouts Tuesday-Thursday-Saturday right now.

So inspirational!! I just started a low carb diet with Zumba 3 days a week. Any tips to help with the low carb and no refined sugar diet? Even links? I really want to get this weight off and would love any and all hell!
