I was in Puerto Rico for a week and ate pretty healthy, but didn't log a single thing once I landed. It's sad to see the streak go away, but in the end it doesn't mean anything. Do you and log when you get back!

I thought that 1560 sounded really low for maintenance for you. I am 5'8", 140lbs (42 yrs old) and maintain around at 2000 cals. Not sure if 3000 is correct but seems more accurate than 1500. Thank you all for the suggestions. I think the whole issue stemmed from updating on my phone rather than the website. In order to maintain though it went from 1560 calories/day to 3,350.... That sound like a mistake to anyone? I still plan on burning at least 2500 calories a week, but that seems awfully high!

For sure. I guess I would just like to have my maintenance calories figured out by the app. I suppose I could easily do it myself though and just not use the numbers they provide... Still a pain in the *kitten* if my maintenance goes up to 1800 and my app is showing 1500 max or something everyday.. Thanks for the replies…

Thanks guys. I tried emailing, but haven't heard anything back yet. I have changed the settings and nothing updates, that's why it's so frustrating because I'm pretty sure the numbers it has given me are wrong now.

If you have the access to equipment, and are not limited by a crazy busy gym just find some exercises like others here suggested and stack them for 45 mins. The class I take (which is crazy expensive) is a 55 min cycle of treadmill, strength, calisthenics, and rowing. Just go hard the entire time!

I've been going with these Fiber One 90 calorie chocolate peanut butter brownies lately. Def satisfies my cravings and tastes good. Even though they're small I try to eat them slowly!

Thanks everyone! I aim for 1500 every day, but like I said I had to seriously snack out to just get to 1300 that particular day. The app says my goal is 1560. Trying to lose like 20/25 more lbs. The calories allowed per the app went way down when I put that I work out at least 45 mins/5 days a week.
