For me, I would just have some nuts or a small piece of fruit, water, and maybe coffee. After I would just eat what I normally have for breakfast. There’s no need to eat anything special before or after a 5k. For longer distances, I eat something more something more substantial before running and after.

That’s awesome!!

I don't track. I find it's easy to stick to reasonable portions and lose or maintain my weight rather than spending time obsessing about my calories and macros.

Here are a few of my favorites that are currently available. I like all of the below for running in hot (90+ F) and high humidity weather. Really quick drying: https://shop.lululemon.com/p/women-tanks/Lean-In-Tank-MD/_/prod8660081?color=0001 https://shop.lululemon.com/p/women-tanks/Run-Swiftly-Racerback-32974/_/prod120068.…

I eat out regularly, and it’s easy. Make good food choices and limit your portions. Limit dessert and drinks.

If you want something more than walking sign up for a class. There are a million different studios all over that offer all sorts of different types of classes where you can pay per class.

Coffee and fruit or a smoothie.

That’s how I feel when I am stressed.

Run outside. No weather is too cold as long as you dress appropriately.

I’ve had my Manduka for 6 years. It doesn’t show any wear. It’s less slippery than Lululemon mats.

Eat less calories

I love them. They’re super easy to make by yourself FYI.

See an orthopedist. When I had similar pain I had tendinitis.
