I feel you! I love my coffee in the morning and afternoon! I have a big corner in my kitchen for my Keurig and coffee supplies. I am new to the keto diet, so I am sticking to coffee with heavy cream or coconut oil these days. I also use stevia and erythritol. Do you guys use any special sugar free syrups? Which ones would…

Sometimes I make a big pot of chicken soup or chili and freeze it in containers. I also bring a ziplock bag with nuts or chocolate or whatever snack of the day it is. You can prep hard boiled eggs the night before, pack an avocado & salad, or cream cheese with celery.

Today I made chicken soup with skin and added an avocado to my bowl... I snacked on chilled coconut cream later.
