OK so all in ones out haha. I am a little confused when it comes to the benches and 1/2 racks and all that. When i look through our local used stuff on kijiji. This looked like it could be a easy one stop shop.

Thanks thats why for the moment i am aiming for 170. I believe this to be a fair goal for now. Then i will see if my belly has left by then. If i need more i work on it then. Baby steps haha. Thanks for the encouragment.

5 foot seven and when i went to one of those BMI sites thats what came up. Is that wrong? I am knew to this so any advice is helpful.

I was starving myself at first now i feel better with what im eating and the lose will slow down im sure. I was a terrible snacker and i have cut that out completey.
