I am eating right now according to the primal blueprint. I eat plenty of dietary fat. It tells me when im full. If i eat low fat my body never tells me im full.

If your just looking for strength training 4-5 times a week. not powerlifting for a meet, but just strength training. I'd cycle MWF around squat, bench and deadlifting with 3-4 assistance exercises per day. with 1 day extra for weak spots, and 1 day for conditioning.

oh yea. for sure. if you open up your diary to friends they can see your foods eaten and share. 7 pounds is awesome! As people continue dieting and watching foods it slows down then we need to buckle down and some tricks employed!!!
