That's amazing! i am 5ft 3 and my start weight was 182 I lost motivation after loosing 26lb as i had a long plateau and ended up with a big gain.. so cw is now 166. Do you mind me asking how long it's took you to get to 131?

Don't worry it feels daunting when u look at the overall total just break it down into smaller goals. I started with a goal of 63lb I've lost 25lb so far but I set myself mini goals. Good luck :)

When I hit a plateau I looked at my BMR and TDEE as I was exercising much more than at the beginning. I also looked at my macros and wasn't eating enough protien and my water intake had dropped. Like someone else said look at one thing and make a change and see how it goes good luck :)

I have 3 girls and 2 boys, i am always very concious of the girls hearing things like diet and what size they are etc they r all blessed with beautiful figures and I tell them everyday! I think I've not been eating enough for how much I do so I think my body has gone into starvation mode hence not loosing weight

Ok great I have adjusted to 1500 and going to monitor it over a month I exercersise quite a bit I also have the luxury of being at home so I'm always on the go. I do tend to weigh in daily with no real change to my weight which is frustrating when i log everything and stick to my macros its like my body is refusing!

If u want to jog the c25k program is an excellent way to build u up. Mixture of walking and jogging. The key is to find something u really enjoy whether it be a group activity or something by yourself what ever motivates u.

This is about my 3rd/4th attempt and has been my most sucessful I absolutely believe that's down to the friends I have made keeping me motivated and inspired! I'm on day 126 and 22lb down. With the right attitude and people behind you, you will get there! Good luck on your journey :)
