How long has it been since you've lost?

    Stats?

I notice from your diary that you are logging 1,000+ calories of exercise most days. What are you doing? Are the counts accurate?

Are you weighing your food with a food scale?

Adjust your diet or add some exercise. Whenever I hit a plateau I just pick something small and change it. It is fun to see how it effects my weight. An example is I started doing 15 minutes of planks each morning with 30 sec. on and 30 seconds rest. It got my loss going again.

Right, you're exercising every day, but what are you doing? Are you really burning 1,000+ calories? That's a lot. I just wonder where the number came from. MFP can overestimate calorie expenditure for exercise. If you put in too many exercise calories or underestimate what you're eating, the process fails.

Exercise calories are from farming. I walk and do some weight training.

When I hit a plateau I looked at my BMR and TDEE as I was exercising much more than at the beginning. I also looked at my macros and wasn't eating enough protien and my water intake had dropped. Like someone else said look at one thing and make a change and see how it goes good luck :)
