I don't like to count cals or macros anymore but i generally aim for higher proteins and fats and less carbs but some days I go higher on carbs, just depends on what my body feels it needs.

Of course! The key is variety at the gym. Stretch a lot and drink A LOT of water. Try to walk a lot during the day too. Keep ur body moving at 2 weeks I didn't see much either. So don't worry u got this!!

This is the best advice thank you, I think I'm going to first lose some body fat. When I get to my goal I'll start increasing again and doing more strength training to target glutes. Hopefully in 2 months I expect to lose 9 more pounds

I have and I've followed a lot of his tips for the past month

Thanks, it told me 1640 cals if I want to lose 1 pound a week. But I stay under that a bit to be honest and I don't trust the numbers. My body honestly feels well nourished at 1400 as well. Some days I go less some days more. I thing if I fluctuate daily from 1400-1600 that would be fine right?

I ate 1000 calories and worked out hard and lost nothing. When I went up to 1500, not only did I overcome the plateau, I even felt better and more energized. The body does indeed slow down metabolism as it gets used to a certain level of cals. Especially low cals.

Because you're simply malnourished. 1000 calories is way too low so your body holds onto whatever you have. You should up your calories by 6-700. Your metabolism will go back up. U could also zig zag some days eat less some days more.

Actually I started last month and I was 135, and did light stuff like u said. So now I'm going harder. And yes but I can deal with Uni stuff and still work out.
