Just checking in. I am still on this journey. I lost 2.5 lbs last week for a total of 34 since 1/29/16. From 310 to 276 currently. People are beginning to notice too, which is encouraging.

still logging my food everyday. haven't missed a day since 1/29/16. It's become a habit now. I don't eat until I log first.
