243.4 today down a pound.... I will take it but good grief this is painfully slow.0

A loss is a loss, always better than a gain. I lost nothing at all in february, well i lost and then gained so it got cancelled out. Any loss is moving forward in right direction.0

Thanks OW, I know exactly what you mean.... that is what I have been doing up and down, up and down..... I feel I can finally count this pound since it has been gone for a few days now. I have not made bad choices other than not being active enough (I am working on that) so that is why I find it so frustrating. 12 more pounds to go to reach my 1st goal..... I better step it up!0 -

I'm going to weigh-in every morning. I've got the problem of not wanting to weigh at all, so forcing myself to do it will give me a baseline for the day and help keep me accountable. Yesterday was 396.4, today 397.4. Within my calorie limits but way too much salt.0

I get weighed every day also as I find it helps to keep me focused. But I only record it on a Friday. So don't worry if it goes up one day, just choose the best day for you to record it.0 -

318 today. Week 3 down 11 pounds. Week 1 was 11 pounds and week 2 was 2 pounds. I'm pretty frigging happy with this progress but know it will slow. I have a plan to deal with my plateau at 310 though so I should be able to break through it this time.0

Did a weigh-in yesterday to finish March tally for the 15-month challenge. Very surprised to see lost a little more already though it's only been a few days since last weigh-in (295 around 3 days ago, yesterday 293.5 lbs). I know it's from being sick, I'm just worried it's mostly from dehydration. Going to be mindful about my fluid intake today and keep eating soups for meals.0

I weigh in "officially" on Monday Evenings.
Last weigh in was on March 28th and was 288.4 which is 19.6 #
However, the last two weeks, I also weight in on Tuesday Morning..and March 29th, I weighed 285.4 which was 3 # less than the nite before? The prior week was also like that.
I think, I may switch to weighing in on Tuesday mornings (LOL)
I will do the same thing this week, and see what happens.0 -
