  • Ok I like this challenge. I choose 100 lunges per day but will vary them in style weekly. I was thinking of squats but that would be too close to what I already accomplish.
  • I vary every day as according to experts on autophagy with fasting it is best. I’m mostly 18:6 but will do 16:8 and OMAD at 23. I try extended fasts once a month but usually just 36 Monk fast instead of 48s and 72s I often try but fall short. I plan after Christmas and then after New Years to do both a 48 and a 72.

  • I had troubles visualizing my goal weight and because I didn’t have pictures of my highest weight I got the app My Model to help me see where I came from and where I want to be. I wish I could figure out how to get pictures on here and I would show you my avatar. It really helps keep me focused!!!

  • I just got my Fitbit this weekend so I’m learning how to use it. I think there is a way to specify the exercise before you do it and then stop the time on it so it calculates it for you instead of counting it as just walking steps but I’m not sure. I need to play more with it.
  • Yes I had those problems several times throughout the years. You just have to keep fixing it until they give up changing your personal changes and goals.
  • Fitting into all my clothes that are the smallest size I used to be after baby weight since I got rid of pre baby weight clothes and then I want new clothes that are in my pre baby weight. Oh, the baby is going to be 16 and I really want to wear some of her clothes also!
