            Hoping November will be my month of great weight drop! I have a lovely dress I want to fit into by Christmas! A 15lb drop will guarantee this! So here is hoping I drop 10lbs this month!

 09 Nov - 150 Been eating really badly. Tried to eat right again but fell off a few time. 😢😢. I really need to drop to 140lbs this month. No more bagels and cheap calories. Will plan my next weeks meal now including snacks!
 10 Nov 149 - Still had 2 bagels and 2 packs of plantain chips along with 3 meals but that was better than yesterday. I will try and restrict my eating tomorrow. Back to IF!

            I am so inspired by your daily weigh ins! I have a terrible relationship with the scale. I only weigh myself when I “feel” like I have lost weight. Other than that I avoid it because if I don’t like the number, then it affects my mood. Today I am going to face this fear instead of running from it.

Will start adding in some basic exercises. Back exercises which includes crunches & planks, and adding in some push-ups (maybe just wall push-ups). These are my goals for this week. Increase water. Add those basic exercises, and stick with my meal plans (now that I finally made them).

And, although had challenge of eating at friend's house for lunch (couldn't get out of it...) and homemade ice cream pie, and she being a fabulous cook. My first day to really focus in a while was a success. Feeling hungry now, so better get to my plan and eat lunch...
 Nov 11 156.2 Not getting my hopes up for this number. Not until it sticks... I did have a good day, yesterday, as far as sticking with diet plan. it was tough when Daughter N Law called wanting us to have dinner with them as they were going to be out our way. Any moment to be with them is cherished as both her and my son are so sweet and wonderful. It truly brightens our day whenever we're with them. So, I stuck with my plan and only had chicken from the place, I weighed my portion since they got it to go and brought it to our house, and supplemented with the rest of original dinner plan. (Have some left over chicken for tonight's meal).

I love ❤️ reading of others journeys of ups and downs with fails and successes! I just measured my waist as I feel and see my success if the scale won’t tell me. NON SCALE VICTORY: My waist is 1 whole inch smaller than last month!!! My goal waist measurement is 33.5. Willpower and hope will keep us focused 🤗6

            Hoping November will be my month of great weight drop! I have a lovely dress I want to fit into by Christmas! A 15lb drop will guarantee this! So here is hoping I drop 10lbs this month!

 09 Nov - 150 Been eating really badly. Tried to eat right again but fell off a few time. 😢😢. I really need to drop to 140lbs this month. No more bagels and cheap calories. Will plan my next weeks meal now including snacks!
 10 Nov 149 - Still had 2 bagels and 2 packs of plantain chips along with 3 meals but that was better than yesterday. I will try and restrict my eating tomorrow. Back to IF!
 11 Nov 149.2 - Ate well within my calories
