    May lost 8 lbs
    June lost 1.6 lbs
    July lost 2 lbs
    August lost 4.2 lbs
    September lost 6.6 lbs
    October lost 2 lbs

    Starting weight: 234
    November goal: 204.8 (this is a little lofty, but I'm trying to hit 200 by the end of the year and I fell behind pace a little in October)
    Goal weight: 180, then reevaluate.

    03 Nov - 210.8 (Late Halloween party yesterday. Didn't go off too much...couple cookies, some chips, and a beer. This should come off soon.)
    04 Nov - 212.4 (This one, on the other hand, may take some work. Had a "mental health" pizza, and CRUSHED it. That was one of those days where I just had to take my licks and move on.)

    07 Nov - 211.2 (I'm in a spot, it seems. Woke up yesterday with a headache, assumed it was hunger-related, and ate breakfast...something I normally don't do, other than coffee. I was subsequently starving ALL day. Ate regular lunch, regular dinner, regular snacks, and was at my calorie limit by 5:30pm. Snacked as little as possible to cover hunger pangs, but I knew I'd go over a little. Woke up today with the same headache.)

    11 Nov - 208.2 (I was a little dehydrated this morning, so I'm trying to temper my enthusiasm about this result. That said, I'll take it. It's also "dessert day" in the office. Oof.)

    15 Nov - 206.2 (whoa. I actually went a touch over my calories yesterday, but it was a lot of very low-weight/high-fat items (like peanut butter, or olive oil on my veggies. We'll see what tomorrow brings.)
    16 Nov - 207.2 (I'm ok with this. 4-day business trip coming up, though, followed by weekend vacation. Uh-oh).

    25 Nov - 212.4 (Well, there's the damage from being out of town for 8 days. Just being under my starting weight for the month would be a huge win at this point.)
    26 Nov - 211.2 (Okay, that's good so far. Hopefully, that's not the last of my water weight to come off before end of month).
    27 Nov - 209.8 (This is probably "what I'm really at" right now. Maybe one more day of dropping water weight, but I figure I gained a legit 2-3 pounds while out of town.)
    28 Nov - 209.4 (Puts me officially in "progress" for the month, albeit barely).
