    @danipatt1216 - I used to be a stress eater too! I had to try out a bunch of different ways to cope with my stress/worries other than eating. Knitting helps me, also journaling. It also really helped me to get into a habit of pre-logging all my food that way I have to think twice about if I really want to eat something that will put me over my calories.

    I’m sorry to hear about you son! Sounds painful, but I’m sure he’ll be fine πŸ™‚

    It will come back off!! I'm set back.... like a month (5 LBS!! :o ). This basically happened over the weekend so I'm super frustrated about it. Just don't give up! We got this!!

    19 Nov -202.6, ate at maintenance again, happy I was able to stop a binge before it got too bad. Ended up eating about 1000 calories in 15 minutes with no intention of stopping until I had the perfect feeling of fullness (if it was ever going to happen) could have easily eaten another 3000 calories or more.

    I stopped eating because I logged what I had just shoved down my throat and it was 50 calories under maintenance. That was the kick in the pants I needed to stop the binge even though I realllllllly wanted to continue eating. I drank some water and watched some YouTube instead to try and help me ignore the urge to eat. Finally fell asleep at 1130 pm. Binge time was 930pm.

    ETA, noticed without a doubt I am a stress binge. Son was hit in the face...again...at soccer practice. He is swollen, bruised, bent glasses, cut open by his eye, split lip, and with a possible concussion. I am super worried about him. This is the third time he's been hit with the ball, 2 during games and this time during practice but it was the worst by far and I just want to eat :(

    Have you looked into presription sport goggles to protect his face and eyes? They are really nice! πŸ™‚πŸ™‚
