Stephanie, 49, 1,67m, from Brussels, I started this summer at 172lbs
I'm late starting this month but I'd really need some extra motivation coming up to the new year festivities and holidays! I hope you don't mind I've filled in my previous weights as I've been tracking daily since the summer. I loose very slowly due to medication slowing my metabolism so I find it sometimes hard to stay motivated

Hoping November will be my month of great weight drop! I have a lovely dress I want to fit into by Christmas! A 15lb drop will guarantee this! So here is hoping I drop 10lbs this month!

08 Nov - 147.4 (Not sure I believe this really as I had 2 portions of Starbucks carrot cakes, 1 Croissant, 4 bagels and prawn noodles - when I go off, I do it in style π.- I did my usual gym time and went for 40minutes walk. Will see my weight tomorrow.
09 Nov - 150 Been eating really badly. Tried to eat right again but fell off a few time. π’π’. I really need to drop to 140lbs this month. No more bagels and cheap calories. Will plan my next weeks meal now including snacks!
10 Nov 149 - Still had 2 bagels and 2 packs of plantain chips along with 3 meals but that was better than yesterday. I will try and restrict my eating tomorrow. Back to IF!
11 Nov 149.2 - Ate well within my calories
12 Nov 148.2 - Finally back in the right direction. Been a roller coaster form me.
13 Nov 147.4 (error copying from yesterday which I had put down as 148.2. Going down slowly. I didnβt go to the gym yesterday and I have decided to decrease my gym time and focus on diet. Will now spend 60-80mins. 30mins gym class, 20minutes weights, 10-20 Cardio. I do abs at home in the morning or at night.

19 Nov -202.6, ate at maintenance again, happy I was able to stop a binge before it got too bad. Ended up eating about 1000 calories in 15 minutes with no intention of stopping until I had the perfect feeling of fullness (if it was ever going to happen) could have easily eaten another 3000 calories or more.
I stopped eating because I logged what I had just shoved down my throat and it was 50 calories under maintenance. That was the kick in the pants I needed to stop the binge even though I realllllllly wanted to continue eating. I drank some water and watched some YouTube instead to try and help me ignore the urge to eat. Finally fell asleep at 1130 pm. Binge time was 930pm.

ETA, noticed without a doubt I am a stress binge. Son was hit in the face...again...at soccer practice. He is swollen, bruised, bent glasses, cut open by his eye, split lip, and with a possible concussion. I am super worried about him. This is the third time he's been hit with the ball, 2 during games and this time during practice but it was the worst by far and I just want to eat6 -

It is so frustrating to be so close, it is like your scale is just teasing you! You got this! π
Thanks the last 2 days have been tough but nsv was being able to stop that urge to binge. Normally I would have not cared and shoved several thousand calories in just to feel something.5 -

@danipatt1216 - I used to be a stress eater too! I had to try out a bunch of different ways to cope with my stress/worries other than eating. Knitting helps me, also journaling. It also really helped me to get into a habit of pre-logging all my food that way I have to think twice about if I really want to eat something that will put me over my calories.
Iβm sorry to hear about you son! Sounds painful, but Iβm sure heβll be fine π3 -

17 Nov - 139.5 Grrrrr! I did great yesterday at the potluck. Brought a copycat Olive Garden salad for the potluck, but also brought my own low calorie salad. If I wasn't determined to be down 4 more pounds before I go back to Kentucky for Thanksgiving to visit my inlaws I would have enjoyed many of the delicious meals.
That swoosh loss has to be close π

Have you looked into presription sport goggles to protect his face and eyes? They are really nice! ππ3 -

PLUS I will be in the water getting some exercise as well!!
