    Hello Everyone! I hope you don't mind if I join? I'm Stephanie, 49, 1,67m, from Brussels, I started this summer at 172lbs

    I'm late starting this month but I'd really need some extra motivation coming up to the new year festivities and holidays! I hope you don't mind :smiley: I've filled in my previous weights as I've been tracking daily since the summer. I loose very slowly due to medication slowing my metabolism so I find it sometimes hard to stay motivated

    12 Nov - Being hydrated 163.5 😫 so mad as I felt smaller this morning and was shocked by the number! NSV: My waist is 1 whole inch smaller than last month!!! My goal waist measurement is 33.5.
    13 Nov - 😳🀬 164.5!!! Again mad but more mad! I met with my nutritionist and tried not to cuss too much. She said I was eating twice too many carbs. I kind of knew that but needed to hear it from a professional. Need to be under 70g, and I finished today 40g. Tomorrow the # will be down!!! Oh, I’m getting a glucose monitor this week so I will be more aware of insulin spikes.
