    01 Nov - 141.5 Chinese food cooked at home and had 2 drinks
    02 Nov - 139.7 finally!!!! And it’s real!!! And now we have to deal with the weekend???
    03 Nov - 140.7 Really good on food, but did have a couple of beers.
    04 Nov - 141.5 had steak for dinner, always makes me gain and had a couple of beers. Why do I like beer so much!
    05 Nov - 139.7 Hoping I can make it stick
    06 Nov - 140.7 up a bit, but I have been extremely consistent with my weight this week. No alcohol last night!

    Hoping November will be my month of great weight drop! I have a lovely dress I want to fit into by Christmas! A 15lb drop will guarantee this! So here is hoping I drop 10lbs this month!

    01 Nov - 148.91
    02 Nov - 148.40
    03 Nov - 148.50
    04 Nov - 148.30
    05 Nov - 148.80 (off work. Only 30mins in the gym - ate 4 portions of large meal)
    06 Nov - 148.5 (back trying; upping my steps to daily 15k)
    07 Nov - 148.4 ( I really need to move to 147. Will try and get 20k steps today as well as gym time. No to bagel and Carrot cake)
    08 Nov - 147.4 (Not sure I believe this really as I had 2 portions of Starbucks carrot cakes, 1 Croissant, 4 bagels and prawn noodles - when I go off, I do it in style 😏.- I did my usual gym time and went for 40minutes walk. Will see my weight tomorrow.
    09 Nov - 150 Been eating really badly. Tried to eat right again but fell off a few time. 😢😢. I really need to drop to 140lbs this month. No more bagels and cheap calories. Will plan my next weeks meal now including snacks!
    10 Nov 149 - Still had 2 bagels and 2 packs of plantain chips along with 3 meals but that was better than yesterday. I will try and restrict my eating tomorrow. Back to IF!
    11 Nov 149.2 - Ate well within my calories
    12 Nov 148.2 - Finally back in the right direction. Been a roller coaster form me.
