25 Nov - 137.1 took the weekend off from logging and just relaxed. Still not eating a whole lot, but last day of meds is tomorrow. So hopefully will be 100% before Thanksgiving. On a good note, I made it to goal weight, probably not the best way, but I made it. I wonder if it will go back up once I start eating normally again or if not eating over 700 calories a day for the last week really has helped me drop those last couple of pounds I have been working for.

If I wasn't determined to be down 4 more pounds before I go back to Kentucky for Thanksgiving to visit my inlaws I would have enjoyed many of the delicious meals.

23 Nov - 137.9 Between my nap and going to bed early, I hit 11 hr 42 min of sleep. Weight is heading in the right direction, though very little chance of being 136 by Tuesday.
Tuesday starts a schedule of so many high food/ calorie/ drinking events I do think if I can only maintain after that it will be a miracle. Thanksgiving week we are staying at my inlaws in KentuckyβΊοΈπβ€, Then going to Las Vegas Dec. 6th weekend with really great people who know where to go to eat really great food and go to the Gary Allen concertπ€ π€€π€. My husband's Company dinner is always so fun with delicious food and drinks, it is on Dec. 13thπ€€π€ͺπ. Dec 14th is my daughter's college graduation partyπ₯³π©βπβ€π₯. We are doing a menu of bar/appetizer foods. Then another dinner the 20thπ€€π€ͺ, and then the Christmas events beginπβοΈπ . So fun, but so dangerous to my weight.

Nov 9 159.8 Not going well at all! Okay, I just planned meals for 1 week. I must stick with the plan! Goal for water is at least 32 oz. per day. Some days this past week, I barely drank 8 oz. Will start adding in some basic exercises. Back exercises which includes crunches & planks, and adding in some push-ups (maybe just wall push-ups). These are my goals for this week. Increase water. Add those basic exercises, and stick with my meal plans (now that I finally made them).

And, although had challenge of eating at friend's house for lunch (couldn't get out of it...) and homemade ice cream pie, and she being a fabulous cook. My first day to really focus in a while was a success. Feeling hungry now, so better get to my plan and eat lunch...
Nov 11 156.2 Not getting my hopes up for this number. Not until it sticks... I did have a good day, yesterday, as far as sticking with diet plan. it was tough when Daughter N Law called wanting us to have dinner with them as they were going to be out our way. Any moment to be with them is cherished as both her and my son are so sweet and wonderful. It truly brightens our day whenever we're with them. So, I stuck with my plan and only had chicken from the place, I weighed my portion since they got it to go and brought it to our house, and supplemented with the rest of original dinner plan. (Have some left over chicken for tonight's meal).

I'm late starting this month but I'd really need some extra motivation coming up to the new year festivities and holidays! I hope you don't mind I've filled in my previous weights as I've been tracking daily since the summer. On a good note, I made it to goal weight, probably not the best way, but I made it. I wonder if it will go back up once I start eating normally again or if not eating over 700 calories a day for the last week really has helped me drop those last couple of pounds I have been working for.

Iβm so scared Iβm gonna end up right back at almost 90 kg. I just need some accountability.
27/11 - 63.9 kg. Iβm just under 5β7β. end of the evening, after eating and drinking a fair bit. Iβll be weighing myself from the morning from now on!! I like maintaining at 58 kg, where I was, but Iβd also like to be 54 kg for my running times.

Will start adding in some basic exercises. Back exercises which includes crunches & planks, and adding in some push-ups (maybe just wall push-ups). These are my goals for this week. Increase water. Add those basic exercises, and stick with my meal plans (now that I finally made them).

I did have a good day, yesterday, as far as sticking with diet plan. it was tough when Daughter N Law called wanting us to have dinner with them as they were going to be out our way. Any moment to be with them is cherished as both her and my son are so sweet and wonderful. It truly brightens our day whenever we're with them. So, I stuck with my plan and only had chicken from the place, I weighed my portion since they got it to go and brought it to our house, and supplemented with the rest of original dinner plan. (Have some left over chicken for tonight's meal).

25 Nov - 154.4 Weekend was a wipe-out due to being sick and resorting to freezer emergency rations (pizzas and frozen meals). I won't be able to do any exercise either till next week so this month is not looking as good as I hoped !
