    1 November 284.7 down just a tiny bit from yesterday! Let's do this 😊

    2 November 285.3! Not great but I know I haven't been drinking enough water.

    3 November 285.1 Still not drinking enough water but not giving up yet!

    4 November 283.8 Yes! A loss at last! I'm almost at the lowest I've been on MFP! 10.8lbs to this month's goal! Eeek!

    5 November 283.6 New low! Yes!

    6 November 283.8 shortlived new low but I REALLY need to up my water intake! I'm slacking and I know it. Humph!

    7 November 283.4 finally going in the right direction with a new (this time around) low!

    8 November 282.9 woohoo another new low, and closer to my November goal, though I'm thinking it may not be achieved this month! Happy with today's loss though 😊

    17 Nov - 148.9 Okay, I think I’ve pin-pointed the problem, my sodium intake has been too high. I watched my sodium carefully yesterday and bam the number on the scale dropped. So I’m going to be careful about my sodium intake in the next week and see if that helps the number on the scale get moving again

    That maybe my issue also. I had spaghetti on zucchini spirals last night, super low calorie, but it was very salty. LOTS OF WATER TODAY TO CLEAN THAT OUT!
