07 Nov - 173 - this is ridiculous. Dinner out last night, Mexican. I tried to be mindful but clearly not mindful enough as I went over my days limit by 150 cal! Clearly I need to lower my calorie level and increase exercise. I used to swim and I need to start again. This week is too busy but next week I need to get on a schedule. Ive had it with the 170's!

Snacked as little as possible to cover hunger pangs, but I knew I'd go over a little. Woke up today with the same headache.)
